so my Ax has to be 7x7 matirx
since 11907 is a long vector, I have a fixed length of 243 per region. so its 243 x 47 =11907. from 243 I need to crop it up into 34 of 7's and the remaining of 5.
The task is transforming Ax in matrix form and concatenating all the matrices together.
