Chinese Virtual Assistant must speak English

I'd like to make contact with a person who lives in China who is willing to do translation between English and Cantonese/Mardarin.

You will receive emails of less than 300 words which contain quote requests (RFQs) for up to 3 businesses in China. It will be your job to call those 3 businesses and translate the messages to them and introduce each company to my company. You'll also guide them through setting up an account on my website. This is likely to take around 30 minutes per company.

I can give a definite frequency of this work, but I estimate that there will be approximately 5 jobs per week to start.

This project is a couple of months away from launch, but I want to make contact now and get an idea of hourly cost and availability.

In your application, please include the following information:
1. Your location
2. Your language proficiency for English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
3. Your hourly rate
4. Your availability

For shortlisted candidates: I will want to chat with you on Skype before hiring. I will need to interview the person doing the translation and calling the companies.
